What is in My Bag
Ann’s earliest memory of the art form of photography was making sun prints with her babysitter back in the endless summer days of her youth (a very, very long time ago). This evolved into spending hours altering photos in the darkroom in high school and college and, eventually, hours transforming images in Photoshop. Ann has been working in Photoshop since before it had layers and has over 20 years experience working in the commercial photography field. She is a part time digital artist at KP Photo and teaches Photoshop at Cuyahoga Community College. When Ann is not busy taming Photoshop or being inspired by her students she enjoys shooting film with her Holga, collecting bugs, and spending time with her son and two dogs. She still makes sun prints every now and then.

What do you do during your “5 to 9” (After work)?
I love to snuggle up on the couch with the dogs, a good book and a glass of wine. Currently reading “My Family and Other Animals” by Gerald Durrell.
What is your quirkiest trait?
During the spring and summer I always have a “kill” jar on the ready to collect bugs out of the backyard that I later dry and pin. Someday this will become a photo series.
